By accessing or using Melvo Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use Melvo Pro only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the service to create content that violates laws or regulations
- Generate voices without proper authorization or consent
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment systems
- Use the service to create misleading or deceptive content
- Share your account credentials with others
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Key points:
- All prices are in USD
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- No refunds for partial months
- Credits expire at the end of each billing period
- Free tier is limited to 5,000 characters per month
5. Voice Cloning
When using voice cloning features, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from the individual whose voice is being cloned. Melvo Pro is not responsible for unauthorized voice cloning.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the text input you provide. Generated audio files are yours to use commercially. However, you may not reverse-engineer our AI models or attempt to extract voice data.
7. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan:
- Free: 1 concurrent request
- Starter: 3 concurrent requests
- Pro: 5 concurrent requests
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
9. Disclaimer
Melvo Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Generated audio quality may vary based on input text and voice selection.
